Service Load Fee
Our Servers get extremely loaded during certain peak hours of the day. In order to catch up with the load, we often needed to increase our Server's capacity on the fly, some times even by 150%. Doing this on the go was not optimal and it tended to decrease service quality for pretty much everybody. To tackle this, we eventually decided to stop improvising about it and permanently increased our Server capacity for those hours.
Therefore, in order to be able to guarantee a High Quality service, the Service Load Fee (SLF) was created. It's a small fee that is charged within 11:00 A.M - 9:00 P.M GMT-4 to ensure sufficient Server Capacity at all hours.
